Angelo Construction combines big-firm knowledge and experience with the agility and service of a boutique-sized firm. Our staff has decades of key-role involvement with projects and programs of all levels of complexity, which we apply to each assignment we undertake, regardless of its size. We’re also accustomed to working within high-traffic public infrastructure, recognizing that the client’s daily operations and surrounding workspace come first. We are firm believers that the success of any project is “won or lost” during the Preconstruction phase. That’s why we take the time to understand the constraints and concerns of each project stakeholder, tailoring our approach to minimize any impacts to the client’s operations while simultaneously achieving the project’s goals.

Joel Saucedo, Principal/Owner

As founder and President, Mr. Saucedo is intensely devoted to the growth and success of Angelo Construction. Joel maintains an intent focus on day-to-day operations related to corporate development, project delivery, the growth of our staff and new employee recruitment.

Throughout his career, Joel has worked on projects ranging from $1.5m to $150m in volume, across a variety of sectors including: aviation, transportation, commercial & industrial building, tenant interiors, healthcare and interior demolition.

Joel is a product of the Southeast Side of Chicago and holds a degree in Building Construction & Contracting from Purdue University.

Kathryn Dziedzic, Account Executive

Ms. Dziedzic excels at developing and managing multi-disciplinary teams for both public and private sector project deliveries. This includes preparing needs analysis studies, establishing and managing accurate budgets, adhering to logical project phasing and schedules, and seamlessly coordinating with all key stakeholders from inception through closeout.

Boasting a wealth of expertise spanning the transportation, aviation, utilities, building construction and interior demolition industries, Kathryn brings considerable Program, Construction, and Project Management experience to our team.

A native Chicagoan from the Northwest Side, Kathryn is a graduate of DePaul University, and holds a degree in Network Technologies.

Tim Ersfeldt, Project Manager

Mr. Ersfeldt, the firm’s longest tenured employee, currently serves as a Project Manager in our transportation group where his expertise guides major infrastructure projects through all phases. Previously, he was the firm’s Design Manager, where he oversaw design from project inception through conceptual design, including award recommendations to design engineers and architects on capital improvement projects.

With over 18 years of experience and the completion of dozens of projects locally, Tim excels in making critical decisions, managing the needs of stakeholders, while communicating, and helping to implement any design changes necessary for a successful project completion.

Originally from Arlington Heights, Tim is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago with a degree in Civil Engineering.

Dan Framarin, Project Manager

As a Project Manager, Mr. Framarin focuses on ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within budget and constructed to the highest standards of quality.

Over the course of his 16-year construction career, Dan has worked in various roles including inspector, field engineer, and project manager. He has extensive experience in construction project management and project engineering for interstate projects, tollway systems, underground utility installation, lane expansion, concrete paving, bridge widening and more.

Born and raised in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Dan holds a degree in Construction Management from Michigan Technological University.

Bryan Shramovich, Project Manager

Mr. Shramovich applies expert knowledge, detailed planning and industry experience to the management of complex transportation and building/facilities-related construction projects.

Bryan has over 10 years of progressive construction project management experience, including construction supervision, inspection, quality management, document control, permitting, scheduling, cost estimating, change orders, and project closeout for clients in the public sector.

Bryan’s hometown is West Chicago, and he is a graduate of the University of Miami with a degree in Civil Engineering
